Just got a new machine…have clothes that need mending…want to learn a fun and practical skill?

In this introductory course we will walk through all the basics of using a sewing machine; threading the machine, winding a bobbin, thread tensioning, sewing a straight stitch, and general sewing tips!

Sewing machines are available to use in the class however, if you own a machine (and it is currently in good working condition) you are more than welcome to bring it as becoming familiar with your own machine is advantageous. Acquiring a spool of good quality, all-purpose sewing thread and pair of embroidery scissors is also recommended.

All other materials will be provided in this class.

Class maximum is 4 students.
